National Television and Radio Council held meeting.

The regular meeting of the National Television and Radio Council was held on 10 February 2014. At the meeting by administrative order the fact of infringements by "Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company" and "SPACE Independent Television and Radio Company" of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" was considered. 

At the Meeting according to the Decision of the Council Notifications to "Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company" because of breaking of requirements of Articles 35.2, 35.7, 35.8 and to "SPACE Independent Television and Radio Company" because of breaking of requirements of Article 35.7 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On television and radio broadcasting" were issued.
