The Chair of the Audiovisual Council met with the Director General of the international satellite TV channel "Belarus 24"

On October 8, 2024 the Chair of the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ismat Sattarov met with Pavel Lazovik, the Director General of the international satellite TV channel "Belarus 24".

Ismat Sattarov informed the guest in detail about the duties and functions of the Audiovisual Council, regulation of the audiovisual media sphere, as well as the activities carried out in this sphere. The Chair of the Audiovisual Council noted the existence of significant opportunities for further expanding cooperation between the audiovisual media entities of Azerbaijan and Belarus, including television and radio channels.

The Director General of the international satellite TV channel "Belarus 24", Pavel Lazovik expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and stressed the importance of further strengthening cooperation between the audiovisual media entities of our countries. He also noted that a number of meetings are planned to be held in Baku, to discuss the prospects of cooperation between the two countries' television channels.
