Chairperson of the Council Nushiravan Maharramov attended in 39th Meeting of EPRA.
During the Meeting plenary sessions on "The Green Paper on Convergence" and "Hate Speech – Old enemy, new battle" were held. Also discussions within the frame of following working groups: “Media Literacy”, “Independence of NRAs”, “Major Events” were made. In the conclusion of the Meeting issues which would be discussed in 40th Meeting in Tbilisi, Georgia on October 2014 were determined.
