The regular meeting of the Council was held.

The regular meeting of National Television and Radio Council was held on 30 September 2015. At the meeting the facts of infringements by "ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company" of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" was considered.

Taking into consideration the availability of fake shows created under the name of support for solving social problems, transformation of family issues and other social problems into fake shows, artificial continuation of some issues during some days, creation of shows using people with health or moral problems, creation of artificial tension, lowering of human dignity and honor, spotting of business influence, shows dedicated to personal conflicts, systematically non-implementation of safeguarding of national and moral values, infringements of requirements to the programs and of legislation in the sphere of sponsorship during the programs "Sen tek deyilsen" ("You are not alone") and "Xoshgedemle axtariram seni" ("Looking for you with Hoshgedem") broadcasted on ANS TV, National Television and Radio Council adopted the decision as of October 5, 2015 to suspend for the term of 1 month the program "Sen tek deyilsen" ("You are not alone") of ANS TV broadcasted on weekdays between 16.20 – 19.00 and the program "Xoshgedemle axtariram seni" ("Looking for you with Hoshgedem") of ANS TV broadcasted on Sundays between 21.30 – 24.00.

Decision also obliges "ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company" to broadcast cultural and intellectual programs instead of suspended "Sen tek deyilsen" ("You are not alone") and "Xoshgedemle axtariram seni" ("Looking for you with Hoshgedem").
