The Audiovisual Council has issued platform broadcaster licenses to the channels “APA TV”, “Sahiyya TV”, “Agro TV”, “Vivace” and “ATV+Cinema"

On November 30, 2022 the meeting of the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held. At the meeting, the applications submitted to the Council by LLC "APAMARK", LLC "Sahiyya TV", LLC "Agro Television and Radio" and LLC "ATV Plus" for obtaining a license of platform broadcaster not performing satellite transmission were considered.

The documents provided by the applicants and their content were considered by Council Members. After extensive discussions it was decided to issue a license of platform broadcaster not performing satellite transmission to "APAMARK" LLC (television channel: "APA TV"), "Sahiyya TV" LLC (television channel: "Sahiyya TV"), "Agro Television and Radio" LLC (television channel: "Agro TV") and "ATV Plus" LLC (television channels: "Vivace" and "ATV+Cinema").
