On October 28, 2022, participants of the 1st Meeting of on Audiovisual Media Regulators of member and observer countries of the OTS visited Shusha.
According to the signed Declaration of Will, in order to expand cooperation and dialogue between regulatory authorities, to exchange knowledge, ideas and experience in the field of audiovisual broadcasting and its regulation, as well as to create a format for continuous discussion of issues related to audiovisual media, which are a common cultural heritage, it is being proposed to create a Forum of Audiovisual Media Regulators of member and observer states of the OTS (Turkic Broadcasting Regulatory Authorities Forum – TBRAF) and in this regard addresses the next Meeting of Ministers and High Officials on Media and Information of the member and observer countries of the OTS.
In the second part of the visit, the guests visited Shusha city, got acquainted with the progress of reconstruction and restoration works carried out in the city after its liberation, and took memorable photos in historical places of the city.
