The Council held its Meeting.

On December 16, 2014 National Television and Radio Council held its meeting. At the meeting by administrative order the fact of infringement by "ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company" of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" was considered.

The Council issued the notification to "ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company" for the fact that on 11 December 2014 during the program "Adam ichinde" ("Between people") which broadcasted between 16.30 – 19.00 on "ANS TV" churl expressions (at 17.40 and 17.44) were used and thus it was breached the paragraph 2.8 of "Special Provisions of the Council for programs which are being transmitted without codes and might damage physical, mental and moral development of minors, also programs that contains erotic and violence".
