The purpose of the Order is to ensure the broadcasting of programs of the nationwide radio channels throughout the country by improvements in the radio broadcasting network, providing state support mainly to private broadcasters in this direction, as well as creating the possibility of receiving radio signals at the same radio frequency in certain areas with the application of new technologies and, as a result, increasing the accessibility of local radio programs for the population.
