The meeting with cable network broadcasters was held in NTRC

The meeting with cable network broadcasters functioning in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held in NTRC.

At the meeting current situation in the sphere of cable network broadcasting was discussed and necessity of providing effective measures against illegal cable network broadcasting in the hotels and new buildings was noted. The facts of violation of the rules and terms of special permission (license) and illegal retransmission of programs of foreign TV broadcasters were also discussed.

It was decided to consider the problems connected with regulation of the cable network broadcasting sphere in the next meeting of the National Television and Radio Council.
