The 12th South Caucasus Media Conference was held.
The 12th South Caucasus Media Conference organized by the Office of the OSCE Representative on Media Freedom was held on 29-30 September 2015 in Tbilisi.
During the Conference the issues regarding to the transition to digital broadcasting in South Caucasus were discussed and following sessions were held: "Role of Regulatory Authorities in a Digital Environment", "Latest media freedom developments in the South Caucasus", "Pluralism in a Digital Environment".
Fazil Novruzov, senior adviser of Legal and International Relations Department of National Television and Radio Council participated in the Conference.
