Radiofrequencies have been allocated for the nationwide transmission of "Radio International" and for the regional transmission of "CBC FM"
At the meeting of the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan held on 20 December 2023, the issue of allocation of free and usable radiofrequencies was discussed.
According to the relevant decisions of the Audiovisual Council, the radiofrequencies 92.5 MHz from "Baku TV Tower Complex", 105.1 MHz from RTBS "Shusha", 95.2 MHz from RTBS "Astara", 97.4 MHz from RTBS "Yalama" (Khachmaz district), 98.0 MHz from RTBS "Danachi" (Zagatala district) have been allocated to the nationwide terrestrial radio broadcaster "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC, in order to ensure nationwide transmission of "Radio İnternational".
Also, the radiofrequency 93.8 MHz from RTBS "Shahyeri" (Khojavand district) has been allocated to the regional terrestrial radio broadcaster "Caspian International Broadcasting Company" LLC, in order to expand the transmission of "CBC FM" in Karabagh and Eastern Zangezur.
