Trainings for audiovisual media technicians have been organized with the participation of experts from Turkiye

Since December 18, 2023 two-module trainings for technical personnel of audiovisual media entities are being held with the joint organization of the Media Development Agency, the Audiovisual Council and the ADA University.

Chengiz Chifchi, a lighting designer and manager of the Lighting Service of the Internal Production Department, who has worked as a lighting technician on films, TV series, documentaries, news, sports, music and entertainment programs, conducted the first training on light and its characteristics, the correct use of light, technical and artistic lighting requirements, light filters and accessories as part of the "Use of Light and Camera on Television" module.

Zafer Sevener, a chief cameraman of TRT who has won awards at various festivals as a producer and director of photography for a number of documentaries, conducted the second training session in television lighting and camera, basic camera parts, lenses, image effects, camera movements and tools, basic shooting techniques, framing rules and composition.

The main goal of the training, which will run until 20 December, is to ensure that technical teams working on different television modules acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge of new systems and workflows, technologies and their use, as well as how to build successful teamwork in a dynamic environment.
