The submission of documents for the two competitions announced by the Audiovisual Council has been completed

The submission of documents for the two competitions, announced by the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 18, 2024 based on its decisions No.38/24-17 and No.39/24-17, dated November 7, 2024, for the issuance of nationwide terrestrial radio broadcasting licenses, has been completed. The applicants who submitted their documents to the Audiovisual Council for each competition are as follows:

For the first competition:

(88.7 MHz radio frequency will be used from the Baku TV Tower Complex)

1. "Pro Media Group" LLC (radio channel: "Planet FM")
2. "Broadcast Media" LLC (radio channel: "Dalga FM")
3. Natural person Emin Suram Guliyev (radio channel: "Biznes FM")
4. "Balans Studio" LLC (radio channel: "ANS CM")

For the second competition:

(92.5 MHz radio frequency will be used from the Baku TV Tower Complex)

1. "Pro Media Group" LLC (radio channel: "Planet FM")
2. "Broadcast Media" LLC (radio channel: "Dalga FM")
3. Natural person Emin Suram Guliyev (radio channel: "Biznes FM")
4. "Ucbucaq Group" LLC (radio channel: "Ganc FM")

In accordance with Article 52.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Media", within the next 10 working days the Audiovisual Council will examine submitted documents and adopt decisions on the admission or refusal of applicants to the competition.
