The program shares of nationwide terrestrial television broadcasters by genre during the third quarter of 2025 have been announced

The Department of monitoring and analysis of audiovisual programs of the Audiovisual Council has prepared the statistical report on the genre of programs broadcast by nationwide terrestrial television channels during the third quarter (July, August, and September) of 2025. According to the statistics, the genre of programs broadcast over the past three months on free-to-air nationwide terrestrial television channels was as follows:

• 21,8 % – Information and analytical programs
• 17,2 % – Music and entertainment programs
• 15,9 % – Sports programs
• 15,2 % – Feature films and TV series
• 10,0 % – Advertising content
•   8,1 % – Cultural and educational programs
•   3,6 % – Announcements and notices
•   3,3 % – Documentaries
•   2,3 % – Social programs
•   1,4 % – Social videos
•   1,2 % – Children’s programs and animated films
