The court fined "ATV Plus" LLC on the basis of the protocol drawn up by the Audiovisual Council

As a results of monitoring carried out by the Audiovisual Council the fact of retransmission of a foreign TV channel without the relevant authorization documents was revealed within the package of multiplex operator "ATV Plus" LLC and on October 4, 2024 a protocol on the administrative offense was drawn up and sent to the relevant court. By the decision of the Yasamal District Court dated October 29, 2024 "ATV Plus" LLC was fined 5000 (five thousand) manats for this violation.
