Acceptance of documents for the competition announced by the National Television and Radio Council for the opening of a nationwide radio channel has been completed.

On February 17, 2022 the acceptance of documents for the competition announced by National Television and Radio Council from January 17, 2022 to February 17, 2022 for the opening of the nationwide radio channel (operating frequency 107.0 MHz in Baku city and Absheron Peninsula) has been completed. Within the framework of the competition 6 applicants submitted their documents to the Council:

1. "Khazar TV" LLC  (name of radio channel: Khazar News Radio);
2. "Real Analysis Information Center" LLC (name of radio channel: Real FM);
3. "INS CM" LLC (name of radio channel: INS CM Radio);
4. "Isti Press" LLC (name of the radio channel: Isti Press Radio);
5. "ProMediaGroup" LLC (name of radio channel: Sport Radio);
6. "Balance Studio" LLC (radio channel name: Balance Studio).

The Council will examine the documents of the applicants and adopt a decision on the results of the competition within 30 days after the acceptance of the documents (until March 19, 2022).
