10 noyabr 2009-cu il tarixdə Milli Televiziya və Radio Şurasının iclası keçirilmişdir. İclasda Milli Televiziya və Radio Şurası Aparatı tərəfindən hazırlanmış "Kabel televiziyası sahəsində fəaliyyət Qaydaları"nın layihəsi müzakirə edilmiş və qəbul edilmişdir.
