The Council's delegation attended in 4th Annual Meeting of BRAF in Kyiv

The Vice-chairperson of National Television and Radio Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan Gafar Jabiyev and senior adviser of the Department of Law and international relations of the Council Fazil Novruzov attended in 4th Annual Meeting of Black Sea countries Regulatory Authorities Forum (BRAF) held in Kyiv, Ukraine on 5-6 September 2013. During the Meeting Kyiv Joint Declaration on "Protection of Minors" was discussed and adopted. Also discussions on "New Media- Its impact on broadcasting. The perspectives of National Regulatory Authorities" were held.
