The 5th Annual Meeting of BRAF was held.

The 5^th Annual Meeting of Black Sea Broadcasting Regulatory Authorities Forum (BRAF) was held on 10 September 2014 at "Dan Ulduzu" Conference Hall of "Park İnn" Hotel in Baku. The exchange of opinions for the topic "Media Literacy" was carried out and the main theme of next annual meeting was defined. 

It was decided by BRAF Permanent Secretariat to publish the book which will include information about real situation in Member States in the field of television and radio broadcasting and annual presentations of Member States.

Also in the Meeting the participants reached an agreement with regard to make application to BSEC in order to accept BRAF as an affiliated body of BSEC.
