On 8-9 September, 2016 the 7th Annual Meeting of Black Sea Regulatory Authorities’ Forum (BRAF) was held in Chisinau, Moldova.

The head of the Body of National Television and Radio Council Toghrul Mammadov and senior advisor of Legal and International relations Department of the Council Fazil Novruzov participated in the 7^th Annual Meeting of BRAF which was held in Chisinau, Moldova on September 8-9, 2016.

The issues related to the activity of regulatory authorities during elections; monitoring carried out by regulators; receiving and examining of complaints were discussed during the Meeting. It was agreed to hold the next 8^th Annual Meeting of 2017 in Belgrade, Serbia.
