The Meeting of National Television and Radio Council was held.

On 9^th of August 2017 the regular Meeting of National Television and Radio Council was held. At the meeting the matters connected with productive use of frequency resources after digital switch over in the Republic of Azerbaijan were discussed. 

For implementation of digital broadcasting in high definition (HD), it was decided to provide TV and Radio Broadcasting Company "Azad Azerbaijan İndependent Television and Radio Broadcasting Company" and "Khazar TV" LLC with channels 35 and 29.

Also cable network broadcaster "TV Tech service" LLC was provided with channel 22.
