National Television and Radio Council held a meeting.

At the Meeting applications submitted to the Council by 3 companies – "Selnet" LLC, "Megalink" LLC and "Bulud Store" LLC for obtaining the license for IPTV broadcasting with the number of subscribers less than 5000 households were considered and discussed. The Council adopted Decision on granting all 3 applicants with the termless license for IPTV network broadcasting with the number of subscribers less than 5000 households.
