PLATFORM BROADCASTER PERFORMING SATELLITE TRANSMISSION

Platform broadcaster performing satellite transmission is a legal person that is responsible for the content of audiovisual programs and their broadcast via the satellite transmission infrastructure and direct reception by users.

Platform broadcaster performing satellite transmission can broadcast its programs without changing their content in the packages of multiplex and platform operators under contract, as well as on its internet information resource (website) and other video sharing platforms.

The Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall announce a competition on the basis of Article 35.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Media" in order to issue the license for platform broadcaster performing satellite transmission.
