Department of Finances and Supply
Main functions of the Department are as follows:
- Organizing financial management, accounting, and reporting in accordance with legislation;
- Preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring proper use of funds;
- Managing payroll, allowances, and other HR-related financial matters;
- Overseeing banking, treasury operations, and audit documentation;
- Managing assets, inventories, procurement of equipment, and office infrastructure;
- Providing financial and technical support for meetings, conferences, and events;
- Handling appeals and information requests, ensuring confidentiality of official data;
- Participating in strategic planning and proposing improvements to financial and procurement processes;
- Maintaining documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance with internal and external regulations;
- Preparing reports and analytical materials, and contributing to strategic planning and legislative initiatives.
